Corn is a one – year grain with classification of unsatured oil family member and grows up in humidity-full climates.

In corn, lysine and tryptophan biological values are under blocking influences of amino acids. Each corn grain contains % 3 oil. Corn oil is mainly used in cooking and also involved  in some part of  industries on several purposes.

Corn classification is principally based on color and shape of stub, thickness and size of grains.
